Editorial policy
Inspired Talent Review aims to make its writing clear, fair and accountable. We value careful wording, independent judgement and an honest distinction between what is known, inferred and argued.
Accuracy and clarity
We check names, quotations and factual statements against appropriate material before publication, and we take care not to present opinion as established fact. Where a subject is uncertain or contested, the writing should say so. We edit for meaning as well as style, and we do not invent sources, experience or evidence.
Independence and labels
Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a promise of favourable coverage to a partner. Any paid, sponsored or partner-created material is clearly identified as such, and its nature should be apparent before a reader engages with it. Partnerships do not confer editorial approval or control over independent coverage.
Corrections
If a reader spots a material error, they can contact us with the article and the passage in question. We review correction requests, amend confirmed errors and make significant changes clear to readers. We may clarify wording when the original is ambiguous, while keeping the distinction between correction and clarification.
Images and other material
Illustrations may be AI-generated, and such images are identified where they appear. Illustrations are not evidence for factual claims. We aim to use visuals thoughtfully and to avoid presenting illustrative material as a documentary record.
Talent is a practice, not a label
Abilities develop through choices, effort and opportunity. We look for the small decisions that help people learn and do work they care about.
