Inspired Talent Review

Write for us

We welcome pitches that help readers think more clearly about talent, learning and creative work. Send proposals through the Contact page; a concise, focused idea is more useful than a finished manuscript sent without context.

What we welcome

We consider explanatory pieces, comparisons, reflective essays grounded in a clear idea, and practical approaches to developing a skill or making work with others. Strong proposals take one question seriously, give it a fresh angle and leave room for nuance. We are interested in a range of creative practices and working lives, without treating one path as the measure of all.

Shape a useful pitch

Tell us the central question, the main point you would make and why it will matter to a general reader. Include a brief outline of the piece and any relevant experience or material that informs your approach. Do not claim expertise you do not have, and make clear where your argument relies on interpretation rather than established fact.

Before you send

We value original work written in a direct, engaging voice. Avoid generic advice, unsupported success claims and stories that disclose someone else's private information without permission. A pitch is not a guarantee of publication; we may ask questions or suggest a narrower focus. Send all proposals through the Contact page.

Our point of view

Talent is a practice, not a label

Abilities develop through choices, effort and opportunity. We look for the small decisions that help people learn and do work they care about.
