Inspired Talent Review

Partnerships

Inspired Talent Review considers collaborations that fit our coverage of talent, learning and creative work while preserving a clear line between editorial decisions and partner activity.

Possible collaborations

We consider relevant projects such as clearly identified partner features, useful resource placements and carefully scoped editorial collaborations. A proposal should explain its purpose, intended audience, proposed format and what the partner hopes to contribute. We do not promise coverage or favourable opinions in exchange for a partnership.

Partner placements

Relevant partner placements may appear across the site, including on pages beyond a single article, where the format and subject are appropriate. Placement does not imply editorial endorsement. We reserve the right to decline material that is misleading, unrelated to the publication or unsuitable for readers.

Clear labelling

Paid, sponsored or partner-created content and placements are labelled clearly so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial work. Labels will reflect the nature of the arrangement, and partner material will not be presented as an independent review. Editorial staff retain control of editorial coverage.

Send a proposal

Use the Contact page to outline the organisation or project, the proposed collaboration and any relevant timing or format preferences. We review proposals for fit and clarity. A submission does not create an agreement, guarantee placement or commit either party to proceed.

Our point of view

Talent is a practice, not a label

Abilities develop through choices, effort and opportunity. We look for the small decisions that help people learn and do work they care about.
